Brian Edward Watts

Brian Edward Watts, 56 of Cambridge, Ohio, formerly of Crooksville died at 12:02 AM, Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at Southeastern Medical Center in Cambridge following a brief illness.

He was born April 4, 1966 in Zanesville, the son of the late Ned E. and Lenora (nee: Gibson) Watts.

Brian had attended Perry County Community School and the Development Center in Cambridge.  He was a former employee of PerCo, Inc. in New Lexington.  He attended Trinity Full Gospel Church in Zanesville.

Brian was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Ohio State sports.  He enjoyed bowling and, some years ago, he participated in Special Olympics.

Left behind to mourn his passing are his sisters and brothers-in-law, Neddena and Mike Young and Karla and Craig Bankes; his nephews and their spouses, Garrett (Darcy) Young, Jordan (Caitlin) Young, Brandon (Cadelee) Bankes and Braden (Michelle) Bankes; his great nieces and nephew, Riley Elizabeth Young, Luke Michael Young and Dylan Sims and many cousins, friends and caregivers.

In addition to his parents, Brian was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edward E. and Louella Watts and Ralph and Nettie Gibson.

A private graveside service for family and close friends will be held.  Brian will be laid to rest next to his parents in Crooksville Cemetery.
