Angela Maria Miller, 89, of Roseville (Ironspot), Ohio passed away at 8:56 PM, Monday, December 3, 2012 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hosptial in Zanesville following a sudden illness.
Angie was born July 23, 1923 in Ironspot, the daughter of the late Rosario and Jennie Veno DeSarro.
She was a former pottery worker. Angie was a life-long member of Church of The Atonement Catholic Church in Crooksville, a member of Villagette Mothers Club in Roseville, American Legion 71 Auxiliary in Roseville. She was a shareholder in Lake Isabella Recreational Facility and she was a poll worker for the Elections.
Angie is survived by her daughter, Jennie Tracy of New Lexington; her son, David Tracy of Somerset; her grandchildren, Tracy Snelling, Scott and Elizabeth Humphrey, Kristopher Humphrey, Krystle Wollenberg, Rachel and Angela; her great grandchildren, Macy, Max and Mitchel Humphrey, Jenna, Bobby, Carolyn and Angel; her brothers, Tony DeSarro and Ralph and Sally DeSarro and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Angie was preceded in death by her first husband, Gilbert 'Gibbie'Tracy who passed away in 1987; her second husband, James Miller, who passed away Jan. 4, 2006; her son, Allen Tracy; her sisters, Catherine Head and Rose Ann Smith and her brothers, Patsy, Phillip, Jimmy, Johnny and Frank 'Chico' DeSarro.
Family and friends will be received 2-8 PM, Thursday, December 6 at GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE where The Rosary will be recited at 8:00 PM. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM, Friday, December 7 at Church of The Atonement Catholic Church, 310 Winter St., Crooksville with Father James Csaszar as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, south of Crooksville among her beloved family.
