Brooklyn Leeann Tope

Brooklyn Leeann Tope, 24, of Crooksville, Ohio passed away Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.

She was born June 21, 1993 in Zanesville, the daughter of Tony Tope of Columbus and Anita (DeSarro) and Todd Tweedy of Crooksville.

Brookie was a 2011 graduate of the cosmetology program at Mid-East Career and Technology Center in Zanesville. She loved life especially music, dance and shopping.

In addition to her parents, Brook is survived by her sisters, Montana Tweedy of Crooksville, Lindsey Tope and Kaci Tope both of Columbus; her brothers, Dustin Tope of Crooksville and Justin Tope; her fiancé, Christopher Rambo; her grandmothers, Linda Haslip and Debbie Tweedy and her close friend, Lacey James; Lacey's son, Easton and many aunts, uncles and friends.

She was preceded in death by her uncle, Ed Tope and her grandparents, Frank and Kathleen DeSarro and Bill Tweedy.

Family and friends will be received 2-7:30 PM, Thursday, February 15, 2018 at GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE. Funeral services and a celebration of Brook's life will be held at 7:30 PM at the funeral home with Deacon Mark Weiner and Kyle Eveland co-officiating. Brook will be cremated following the service.
