Carol Jean VanMeter

Carol Jean VanMeter, 59, of Crooksville, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at her residence.

She is the daughter of the late Edmond Paul, Sr. and Lydia Barthule VanMeter.

Carol retired from the United States Postal Service and attended the United Methodist Church in Roseville.

Carol is survived by her sisters: Therese Brunton, Vicki Heston both of Lancaster, Vivian Harvey of Shawnee, Paula Meadows, Patricia VanMeter and Jeri Shepard all of Roseville; brothers: Edmond VanMeter, Jr. of Mt. Perry, John VanMeter of Thornville, Kenny VanMeter of Zanesville, Wes VanMeter of Blue Rock, Tracy VanMeter of Crooksville and Brian VanMeter of Hebron; a special nephew, Jeremy VanMeter of Sugar Grove and many more nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Carol is proceded in death by her brother Victor L. VanMeter; her two sisters; Virginia L. Ervin and Peggy G. Kopis.

Carol will be cremated. Family and friends will hold a memorial service at a later date.
