Dwain Nelson Mayo

Dwain Nelson Mayo, 71, of Roseville passed away at 5:23 PM, Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Genesis Good Samaritan CCU in Zanesville following an extended illness.

Dwain was born in Canton, March 23, 1943 the son of the late Clyde and Eileen Mitchell Mayo.

He was a retired maintenance worker for Cooper Standard (ITT) in New Lexington.

Dwain is survived by his wife of forty-two years, Linda (Smith) Mayo ; his daughters, Steffanie (Kelly Page) Mayo of Lake Worth, Florida, Jamie Jerles (Justin Sines) of Zanesville, Jessie (George) Kreps of Norwich; his sons, Troy (Carol) Skeenes of Pataskala, Travis (Jennifer) Mayo of Lex, South Carolina; his grandchildren, Samantha and Mackenzie Mayo and Logan and Lucas Jerles and his beloved dog, Queenie.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandson, Brandon Mayo.

A private family service will be held at a later date. In keeping with Dwain's wishes a dignified cremation will occur.
