Ina May Burley

Ina May Burley, 89, of Zanesville, Ohio, formerly of Crooksville, passed away at 6:50 PM, Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House in Zanesville following an extended illness.

Ina was born May 11, 1924 in Crooksville, the daughter of the late Carl E. and Birton (Young) Burley.

She was a former pottery worker having worked in many of the area potteries. She was a member of First Hope United Methodist Church in Crooksville.

Ina is survived by her cousins and caregivers, Carole Downs of New Lexington and Carmen Baker of Zanesville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas J. Burley and her sister, Betty Ann Burley.

In keeping with Ina's wishes, she will be cremated. Graveside services and burial of Ina's cremains will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 11 at Crooksville Cemetery with Pastor Gay Blau officiating.
