James Stuart Neff, 64, of Columbus passed away at 5:06 AM, Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at his home.
James was born October 31, 1950 in Zanesville, the son of the late William and Malinda "Lindy" Cann Neff.
James served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a commercial painter by trade and a former member of Maple Ave. Christian Church in Crooksville.
James is survived by his daughters, Nikki (Ryan) Booth of Lancaster, Michelle Neff of Hilliard and Lak (Shane) Aldridge of Columbus; his sons, James Holt and Channeak Kim both of Hilliard; his sisters, Diane Neff of Crooksville, Cynthia (Bob) Scott of Gahanna and Nancy Rodriguez of Columbus and his grandchildren, Lily Booth, Landon Booth, Isabella Aldridge and Seth Aldridge.
Friends and family will be received 2:00 PM-4:00 PM, Sunday, March 29, 2015 at the GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE. Funeral services and a celebration of James's life will be at 4:00 PM, Sunday, March 29 at the funeral home with Pastor Larry Taylor officiating. A dignified cremation will follow.
There will be a luncheon to celebrate James's life following the service, at Maple Ave. Christian Church, 112 Maple Ave., Crooksville, all family and friends are invited to share in memory and fellowship.
