Judy S. Thomas, 64, of 15616 Township Road 202 NE, Crooksville, died at 8:30 A.M., Thursday, June 11, at her residence after an extended illness. Judy was born June 30, 1944 to the late John Milton Rosser and Edith Riffle Rosser. She was a dedicated employee for 15 years of One Transportation in Zanesville, where she worked in marketing as a secretary and she was a member of Christ Church in Crooksville. She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, William "Doby" Thomas of the home; her daughter, Lisa Stewart of Crooksville; her son, Chris (Kelly) Thomas of Crooksville; her sisters, Sandy (Jim) Savage of Crooksville, Evelyn McLean of Roseville, Diana (Kenny) Harris of Roseville, Eleanore Starner of Zanesville, and Shirley (Joe ) Wilson of Thornville; her brothers, Ron (Sandy) Rosser of Roseville, Bill Rosser of Zanesville, John (Barbara) Rosser of Roseville, Larry (Judie) Rosser of Crooksville and Roger (Lou) Rosser of Michigan; six grandchildren, Brody Thomas, Keely Thomas, Alicia Thomas, Nate Stewart, TJ Stewart, and Katie Stewart. Judy was preceded in death by son, Billy Thomas, who passed away August 3, 1983; her parents; sisters, Joanna Bateson and Rhea Pat Stover; brothers, Richard, Gary, Donald and Jimmy Rosser. 6-8 P.M., Friday June 12, 2009 at GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. Buckeye Street, Crooksville, where funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. with Pastor Aaron Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Iliff Cemetery, McLuney. A continuous video tribute in honor of Judy will be played throughout the day.
