Kenneth S. Parsons

Kenneth S. Parsons, 89, of New Lexington, Ohio passed away at 2:38 AM, Friday, August 24, 2012 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital emergency room in Zanesville.

Kenneth was born July 27, 1923 in Ringold, Ohio, the son of the late John W. and Rosa Jane Tennent Parsons.

Mr. Parsons served our country during WW2 in the US Army Air Force as an airplane armorer gunner. He was a reitred superviser with Smith Oilfield Services of Zanesville.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Ruth Fisher Parsons; his daughter, Karen Storts of New Lexington; his sons, Kenneth 'Lee' (Cheryl) Parsons of Carlisle and Douglas (Margaret) Parsons of Waynesville; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by his brothers, William and Eugene Parsons.

Mr. Parsons will be cremated.
