Martha Sue Russell

Martha Sue Russell 72, of Crooksville, died peacefully Sunday, April 18, 2016 at Mt. Carmel St. Anns Hospital in Worthington, Ohio following an extended illness. She was born August 5, 1943 in Deavertown, Ohio, the daughter of the late William and Irene Eppley. Martha grew up on the family farm Island Run, she was Methodist by faith. She was a laundry supervisor for Embassy Suites Hotel in Columbus..
Martha is survived by her partner of 28 years, Ronnie Wilson; her daughters Kim (Brent ) of Sunbury, Cherie (Rick) of Columbus, Brenda (David) of Crooksville; Her sons Rickey (Darlene) and Rex all of Georgia; Her sister Bettie (James) McKinney of Crooksville; Her brothers Wilford (Bink) Eppley and Bill (Sonia) Eppley, all of Deavertown; Sister- inlaw Carol Eppley; Her five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by one grandchild: Bryan Russell and her brother Virgil Eppley.
Friends and family may call 1-3 Pm Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Goebel Funeral Home, 36 N. Buckeye St, Crooksville, where funeral services to celebrate Marthas life will be held following calling hours, with Pastor Jim Lanning officiating.
