Robert L. Willison

Robert Lee Willison, 86, of Crooksville, Ohio passed away at 10:55 PM, Sunday, December 22, 2013 at Genesis Healthcare of New Lexington.

Robert was born February 10, 1927 in Flatiron, Perry County, Ohio the son of the late James Lee and Ethel (Clements) Willison.

He retired from Mosaic Tile Company in Zanesville. He was a member of the McLuney Wesleyan Church. Robert served our country during WWII in the US Army.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Flowleen Wilson Willison; his eleven children, Connie, Ernie, Ann, Linda, Mary Jo, Rick, Ruth, Diane, Louise, Bobby, and Kathy; his sister, Kathleen DeSarro of Roseville; 25 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Louise Dunkle.

Family and friends will be received at 10:00 AM-1:00 PM, Friday, December 27 at GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE. Funeral services and a celebration of Robert's life will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday at the McLuney Wesleyan Church, Tunnel Hill Rd., Crooksville. Burial will follow in Iliff Cemetery at McLuney with full military honors.
