Roma M. "Billy" Wolfe

Crooksville; Roma M. " Billy" Wolfe, 85 of Crooksville, Ohio passed away at 11:10 AM, Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at Willow Haven Care Center, Zanesville, Ohio.

He was born March 6, 1930 in Charleston, WV., the son of the late Todd and Janua (Trigg) Wolfe.

Billy served his country in the the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict, he was a member of American Legion Post 222 and a member VFW Post 9090 of Crooksville, he was also Mason. Billy was a retired coalminer from Peabody Coal Company.

He is survived by his daughter, Sylvia Smith of Charleston WV., a brother; Micky Wolfe also of Charleston WV., granddaughters, Tamara Lynch,and Kathy Trimble, three grandsons Ralph Fink, Larry Brown, and Paul Fink, and four Great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Alice (Dahlin) Wolfe, daughter, Rebecca Brown, son, Charles Fink, Sister, Norma Bostic, Brothers, Hubert Wolfe and John Wolfe.

Goebel Funeral Home is assisting the Wolfe Family, Visitation will be 11:00AM to 12:00 Noon Monday, February 22, 2016 at Fidler and Frame Funeral Home at 1126 E. Dupont Ave. in Belle WV. Services celebrating Billy's life will be held at 12:00 Noon the same day.
