Ruth G. Lawrence

Ruth G. Lawrence, 95, of Roseville, Ohio passed away at 6:25 AM, Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at Cedar Hill Care Center following an extended illness.

She was born November 28, 1920 in Zanesville, the daughter of the late Basil and Anna (Sheen) Collins.

Ruth was a former employee of Essex Wire in Zanesville and later, she retired from PCC Airfoils in Crooksville.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Tom Fell of Crooksville and Sandra and Hal Lyons of Granville; her grandchildren, Marcy Worstall, Misty Kennedy, Michelle Kanowski, Karli Kincaid, Rod Hammer, Russ Hammer, Greg Hammer and Jessica Sullivan; several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Lawrence who passed away January 14, 1971 and her sisters, Dorothy Landerman and Jane Collins.

No calling hours will be observed. A private family burial will take place in Rose Hill Cemetery next to her husband.

Ruth's family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the staff at Cedar Hill Care Center and to the team of Hospice caregivers.
