Ruth Ann White

Ruth Ann White, 72, of Crooksville, Ohio passed away at 10:12 AM, Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Good Samaritan Hospital following an extended illness.

Ruth Ann was born June 25, 1940 in Crooksville, the daughter of the late Warden and Avanelle Click Mauller.

She was retired from the Crooksville Schools where she worked as a cook in the cafeterias at the East School and the old and new high schools.

Ruth Ann is survived by her husband of 54 years, Earl White; her daughters, Denita White of Somerset and Melissa (Shaun) Smith of Portersville; her son, Darin Scott White of Athens; her brother, Larry Mauller of Crooksville; her uncle, Gale Whitlatch of Crooksville; her grandchildren, Tonya(Will) Woodard, Krista(Jarod) Conway, Angie(Josh) Oiler, Kiri Browning, Tyler Smith, Taylor Smith, Austen Driggs, and Denelle White; her great grandchildren, Aleigha, Kaden, Klayton, Kaylee, Christian, Trinitee, Ethan, Ian, and Elias.

Family and friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8 PM, Tuesday, October 30 at GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE. Funeral services and a celebration of Ruth Ann's life will be 11:00 AM, Wednesday, October 31 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Mt. Horeb Cemetery.
