Sharon R. Lemity Cochran

Sharon R. Lemity Cochran, 67, of Zanesville, Ohio, formerly of Columbus passed away at 12:45 AM Saturday, November 16, 2013 at her residence in Zanesville.

Sharon was born July 20, 1946, the daughter of the late Rev. Raymond E. and Maxine Zarley Lemity.

She was a 1964 graduate of Miller High School whereafter she met her husband, Bill. Sharon worked for the Perry County Bank and retired from the Huntington National Bank in Columbus.

Sharon is survived by her husband of forty-six years, Bill Cochran of the home; her son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Karen Cochran of Chicago, Illinois; her brother, Alan Lemity of Zanesville; her loving granddaughter, Alysha Cochran of Chicago; her nieces, Lisa Dent and Melissa Lemity and her nephew, Brian Lemity.

In addition, to her parents, Sharon is preceded in death by her father and mother-in-law, Clophia and Ann Cochran.

Family and friends will be received from 4-8:00 PM on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at the Oakfield Baptist Church, 3530 State Route 13, Crooksville, Ohio. A celebration of Sharon's life will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 20th at the church with Reverend Eric Cochran, and Pastors Andrew Dent, Scott Johnston and Bob Woodrum officiating. Burial will follow at the Oakfield Cemetery.
