Shirley A. Porter, 65, of Crooksville, died at 11:30 p.m., Saturday, January 2, 2010 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital after a sudden illness. She was born July 23, 1944 in Perry county and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness at Six Mile Turn. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Lonnie Porter; her daughters, Paula (Randy) Hensley and Ginger (Mike) Hanson of Crooksville; her son, Joshua (Rebeca Hall) Porter of Crooksville; grandchildren, Misty (Fletcher) Watson, Eric DeGarmo, Amanda Everson, Gary Everson, Jr., Destiny Porter, Kolton Porter, Fate Porter and Seinna Porter; great grandchildren, Kierstin Watson, Jonathan Hamilton, Devin DeGarmo and Makenna DeGarmo; her mother,Dorothy Blair Baughman of Crooksville; her sisters, Barbara (Glenn) Hypes and Sue (Richard) Hoover of Crooksville; her brothers, Ronnie Moore of Somerset and Gary Moore of White Cottage.
