Tami Jo Davis

Tami Jo Davis, 44, of Nashport, Ohio passed away at 2:32 PM, Friday, May 4, 2012 at Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus following an extended illness.

Tami was bor August 17, 1967 in Zanesville, the daughter of Howard and Evelyn Smith Vanwey of Warsaw.

She was a student at Ohio University Zanesville Campus and was a former manager and employee of a group home for persons with developemental disabilities.

Mrs. Davis is survived by her husband of six years, Rod Davis; her daughter, Jessica Vanwey of Nelsonville; her son, Joshua Lindgren of Zanesville; her sister, Pam Albaugh of Marysville; her borthers, Scott Vanwey of Junction City, Kevin (Kimberly) Vanwey and Allen (Melinda) Vanwey all of Newark.

In honor of Tami's request, cremation will take place. A memorial service and a celebration of Tami's life will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, May 20, 2012 at Christ's Church, Ceramic Rd., Crooksville with Stan McHenry officiating. Following the service, family and friends will gather for a meal and fellowship at the Crooksville American Legion, 200 N. Buckeye St, Crooksville
