July 22, 1942 — December 18, 2016

Thomas Allen, 74, of Roseville, passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2016 at Genesis Hospice and Palliative Care Morrison House in Zanesville following an extended illness.

Tom was born July 22, 1942 in Zanesville, the son of the late Elvie and Louella (Stephens) Allen.

Tom worked for Imperial Cleavite in McConnelsville. He was a member of the Church of Christ, the Corinthian Lodge #111 F & A.M. in McConnelsville.

Tom is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Debra (Cable) Allen of the home; his daughter, Tara (Doug) Archer of Zanesville; his daughter-in-law, Heidi Fisher of New Lexington; his sisters, Jo-Ann (Jerry) Thompson of Rosefarm, Peggy Factor of Roseville, Nancy (Ron) Channel of Crooksville, Donna Sue Jadwin of Portersville and Mary Lou Baker of New Lexington;his brother, Bernard Allen in Roseville and his grandchildren, Tanner Walker, Traven Walker, Teryn Walker, Walker Archer and Ryder Archer.

In addition to his parents, Tom is preceded in death by his son, Terry D. Walker and his brother, Jackie Allen.

Family and friends will be received, 2:00 PM-8:00 PM, Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at the GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE, with a Masonic service at 7:30 PM. Funeral services and a celebration of Tom's life will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 22, with Dave Cater officiating. Burial will follow in Zion Cemetery.
