Thomas L. Carr

Thomas L. Carr, 59, of Crooksville, Ohio passed away at 6:20 A.M, Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster after an extended illness.

Tom was born December 25, 1951 in Corning, the son of the late Thomas Carr, Jr. and Dortha Bolyard Carr of Crooksville. He was a truck driver and a laborer.

In addition to his mother, Tom is survived by his daughter, Brandy Carr Smith of Crooksville; his son and daughter-in-law, Josh and Georgette Carr of Junction City;grandchildren, Sidney Smith and Bailee and Rylee Carr; brothers and sisters-in-law, Scott and Trina Carr of Crooksville, Joseph Carr of Portersville, Gary and Nina Ater of Deavertown, Steve and Linda Ater of Florida; and his mother-in-law, Sarah Winnie Stalter of Crooksville.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Cynthia Sue Stalter Carr who passed away February 27, 2009.
